Chicken Wings

Ingredients: chicken wings, water, salt, sodium phosphate.
In a coating of: toasted wheat crumbs with spices, wheat flour, vegetable oil shortening, (soybean), salt, vinegar, baking powder, yeast, wheat gluten, whole grain, yellow corn flour, corn starch, dried egg white (contains baker’s yeast and citric acid), spices, modified milk ingredients, dextrose, high oleic sunflower oil (MFG aid), guar gum and dough conditioners (ascorbic acid, L-cysteine monohydrochloride) browned in canola and/or soya oil.
May contain egg.

Cooking Instructions :
Oven baked: preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Place frozen product, single layer on a baking tray and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Turning halfway. Bake until internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is rached.

Deep Fry: deep fry at 360°F (182°C) for 5-6 minutes until an internal temp of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
